Have you ever thought about to be wrong of doing something and being sorry ? Most of the time it's even hard to see yourself being wrong . The best way to understand yourself is, by checking your motives . In yoga practice it would be checking your asana . With every posture you can check if you going too fast or you competing with someone or you using your body to prove something to yourself , all these motives can be dangerous to your mind , body and spirit . Before yoga class do meditation to clear your mind . Namaste
